Google Nexus 5 vs. LG G2 Dogfight Part 1

Aaron throws the Google Nexus 5 and LG G2 into a dogfight battle.  The Nexus 5 is available unlocked on AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile, and it sports a 2.26 GHz quad-core CPU, 4.95-inch 1080p HD display, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording and OIS, 2 GB of RAM, 16 or 32 GB of internal storage, 2,300 mAh battery, 4G LTE, and Android 4.4 KitKat.  The LG G2 is available at multiple U.S. carriers and offers a 2.26 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 CPU, 5.2-inch 1080p HD recording, 13-megapixel camera with 1080p HD recording, 2 GB of RAM, 3,000 mAh battery, 4G LTE, and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

The best part of the Nexus 5 may be the price point – at a starting price of $350, it’s a steal in comparison to other high-end Android handsets.  On top of it, it offers the latest build of Android.  That said, the LG G2 sports some great software value adds and slightly better hardware.  Which one offers the best all-around bang for the buck?  Part 1 of 2.
