Meizu Unveils 10,000mAh Power Bank
Along with the unveiling of the company’s new MX5 flagship smartphone, Meizu has also unveiled the company’s first power bank with a 10,000mAh capacity.
The new power bank features a slim profile and dual-color body which houses its lithium-ion polymer battery cells. It features the usual collection of ports, LEDs, and buttons including a standard USB port for charging devices, a micro-USB port for recharging the power bank, and a multi-function button.
Meizu’s power bank also features a slew of security features as well as the company’s MaxCharge fast-charging technology which enables the device to charge a Meizu MX5 to 58% in only 30 minutes and 100% in 83 minutes. The power bank also supports two-way charging which allows users to plug in the power bank into a power outlet even when a smartphone is still connected to it.
The new power bank from Meizu is set to launch by the end of July for a very low price of 149 Yuan putting it around the same price as its biggest competitors namely the Xiaomi Mi Power Bank and the ASUS ZenPower.
