Pictures of the 10,000mAh Battery Oukitel K10000 Smartphone Have Leaked
Battery life is one of the most important aspects of any modern smartphone with manufacturers doing all they can to pull out as many hours as they can from the relatively small batteries they equip their compact smartphones with. As for smartphone manufacturer Oukitel, they’ve decided to deal with the problem by jamming a 10,000mAh battery into their new K10000 smartphone.
Pictures of the new smartphone have been leaked today and shows off the device’s rugged yet elegant full-metal design that looks like it came straight out of a sci-fi movie. A flat glass front panel and what looks like a plastic rear cover are outlined by a rather sturdy-looking solid metal frame. A round power button and two volume buttons can be seen on the right-hand side of the device while two speaker grills and a micro-USB port can be found on the bottom of the device.
Aside from the aforementioned 10,000mAh battery, the K10000 also comes with a 5.5-inch display with a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, a MediaTek MT6735 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and Android 5.1 Lollipop. It’s also safe to assume that, due to the MT6735 processor, the K10000 may support 4G/LTE connectivity as well.
The price and launch date of the Oukitel K10000 are still unknown but we should expect the new device within the next few months.
