VKWorld Announces New Smartphone With 6,050mAh Battery

Chinese smartphone maker VKWorld has announced a new smartphone , VKWorld VK6050 with mid-range features and specifications but comes with a very large 6,050mAh battery.

As previously mentioned, the new smartphone, the name of which is still unknown, features a 6,050mAh battery coupled with 5V2A fast charging so replenishing the large battery’s power won’t take so long. As for its battery life, VKWorld has claimed that the new smartphone can last up to 5 days of continuous use. Additionally, in spite of the large battery, VKWorld’s new smartphone only measures 9.5mm thick due to the battery’s curved design.

The rest of device’s specifications include 5.5-inch IPS LED screen with a display resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and narrow bezels measuring only 2.2mm as well as a screen-body ratio of 80%. It’s powered by a MediaTek MT6735 64-bit processor, 1GB of LPDDR3 RAM, and 16GB of internal storage with support for expandable storage via microSD up to 64GB. The new device is also equipped with a 13-megapixel f/2.0 rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Lastly, it supports 4G/LTE connectivity and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop.

The new smartphone from VKWorld officially launches on June 24 with a price tag of USD138.99 and comes with a free crystal protective case.
